I am a virtual postpartum doula support service. I believe that the first few weeks of having a new baby is a sacred time. It is a time where hormones are slowly fluctuating back to your normal range, your body went through something hard but also beautiful. This is a time for bonding with your baby, getting a routine down, bonding again with family and/or spouse, or any other children in the home you might have. I choose not to come into your home for these reasons, I don't want to be intrusive and I don't want you uncomfortable having a stranger in your home telling you what to do and touching your baby. I still want to support you that is why I do it virtually. You still receive a lot of the same benefits virtually as you would having me in your home.

*Unlimited e-mail or text message support depending on preference for up to the first year of parenthood.
*References and/or demonstrations for all your needs sent to you through multiple services.
*Weekly zoom calls to check in, answer any questions, or just be a listening ear.
*I can send you care packages in the mail.
